Jeannie is an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps you discover products and deals by gathering information from third-party retailers and data sources. Jeannie is not a seller — purchases are made on the third-party retailer's own website.

Prices, discounts, availability, coupons and product details are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or change at any time. Always confirm the final price and details on the retailer's site before you buy. We do not guarantee any price, deal, or that a product will be available.

Jeannie may earn a commission when you click certain links or make a purchase through our partners, at no extra cost to you. This may affect which retailers appear, but it does not change the price you pay at the retailer.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping or reverse-engineering it, using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to disrupt or overload it, or accessing it through automated means except as expressly permitted.

Jeannie and its content (excluding third-party product data) are owned by us or our licensors. Product names, images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeannie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any transaction between you and a third-party retailer.

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Jeannie after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Jeannie will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
